How it started
A family business built on doing it right the first time
We moved to Colorado in 2019, married the year before, tired of the Texas heat and pulled here by the mountains. After years in the corporate world, a 2023 layoff turned into the push to finally chase business ownership. Bighorn Painting was born out of it.
Why painting? Because it's satisfying work. You show up to a tired room or a chalky exterior, and a few days later somebody walks in and their whole mood changes. The feel of a space carries into how a family lives in it, and that is not a small thing to be trusted with.
